Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 28 U.S.C. § 482 - Definitions
|

||
## Text

|
||
As used in this chapter, the term “judicial officer” means a United States district court judge or a United States magistrate judge.
