# 29 U.S.C. § 796f–5 - “Eligible agency” defined
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
As used in this subpart, the term “eligible agency” means a consumer-controlled, community-based, cross-disability, nonresidential private nonprofit agency.
