Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code
now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 29 U.S.C. § 3200 - Support
## Text
(a) Personal allowances The Secretary may provide enrollees assigned to Job Corps centers with such personal allowances as the Secretary may determine to be necessary or appropriate to meet the needs of the enrollees.
(b) Transition allowances The Secretary shall arrange for a transition allowance to be paid to graduates. The transition allowance shall be incentive-based to reflect a graduates completion of academic, career and technical education or training, and attainment of recognized postsecondary credentials.
(c) Transition support The Secretary may arrange for the provision of 3 months of employment services for former enrollees.
