Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 30 U.S.C. § 1542 - Regulations

All regulations made with respect to this subchapter shall be promulgated no later than six months after June 30, 1980.
