Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 31 U.S.C. § 522 - Necessary expenditures

## Text

||
The Director of the Office of Management and Budget may make necessary expenditures for the Office under regulations prescribed by the President.
|
||
|
||
