Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 36 U.S.C. § 154101 - Organization
|
||

## Text

||
|
||
(a) Federal Charter.— Naval Sea Cadet Corps (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
|
||
|
||
(b) Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.

||
