Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 36 U.S.C. § 20211 - Liability for acts of officers and agents

The corporation is liable for the acts of its officers and agents acting within the scope of their authority.
