Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 37 U.S.C. § 603 - Regulations

## Text

|
||
The Secretary concerned and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall prescribe regulations necessary to carry out this chapter.
|
||
|
