Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 38 U.S.C. § 7108 - Rejection of applications

## Text

An application for review on appeal shall not be entertained unless it is in conformity with this chapter.
|
||
