Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 42 U.S.C. § 12891 - Program authority
|
||

||
## Text
|
||
|
||
The Secretary is authorized to make—
|
||
|
||
(1) planning grants to help applicants develop homeownership programs in accordance with this part; and
|
||
|
||
(2) implementation grants to enable applicants to carry out homeownership programs in accordance with this part.
|
||

(b) which read as follows: “Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this part $36,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, and $195,000,000 for fiscal year 1992. Any amounts appropriated pursuant to this subsection shall remain available until expended.”
