Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 42 U.S.C. § 15112 - Definitions
|
||

||
## Text
|
||
|
||
In this subchapter:
|
||
|
||
(1) Developmental disability The term “developmental disability” has the meaning given the term in section 15002 of this title.
|
||
|
||
(2) Institution of higher education The term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given the term in section 1141 11 See References in Text note below. of title 20.
|
||
|
||
(3) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
