Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 42 U.S.C. § 18701 - Definitions
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
In this division:
|
||
|
||
(1) Department The term “Department” means the Department of Energy.
|
||
|
||
(2) Indian Tribe The term “Indian Tribe” has the meaning given the term in section 5304 of title 25.
|
||
|
||
(3) Secretary The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy.
|
||
