Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Codification Section, Pub. L. 102–195, § 21, Dec. 9, 1991, 105 Stat. 1616, related to drug and alcohol testing for certain employees of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Subsec. (a) was repealed by Pub. L. 111–314, § 6, Dec. 18, 2010, 124 Stat. 3444. Subsec. (b) was transferred and is set out as a note under section 31102 of Title 51, National and Commercial Space Programs. Subsecs. (c) to (h) were repealed by Pub. L. 111–314, § 6, Dec. 18, 2010, 124 Stat. 3444. See section 31102 of Title 51.
