# 42 U.S.C. § 5163 - Limitation on use of sliding scales

||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
No geographic area shall be precluded from receiving assistance under this chapter solely by virtue of an arithmetic formula or sliding scale based on income or population.
|
||
|
