Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 42 U.S.C. § 300x–61 - Solicitation of views of certain entities

## Text

|
||
In carrying out this part, the Secretary, as appropriate, shall solicit the views of the States and other appropriate entities.
|
||
|
||
