Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 43 U.S.C. § 485j - Effect on existing laws
|

## Text

|
The provisions of previous Acts of Congress not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter shall remain in full force and effect.
|

Construction With Other LawsAct Aug. 4, 1939, ch. 418, § 18, 53 Stat. 1198, provided that: “Nothing in this Act [see section 485k of this title] shall be construed to amend the Boulder Canyon Project Act (45 Stat. 1057), as amended [section 617 et seq. of this title].”
