Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 45 U.S.C. § 917 - Applicability of National Environmental Policy Act

## Text

||
The provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act [42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.] shall not apply to transactions carried out pursuant to this chapter.
