Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 47 U.S.C. § 1751 - Definitions
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
In this subchapter—
|
||
|
||
(1) the term “broadband internet access service” has the meaning given the term in section 8.1(b) of title 47, Code of Federal Regulations, or any successor regulation; and
|
||
|
||
(2) the term “Commission” means the Federal Communications Commission.
