now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 ->
59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun,
verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

# 49 U.S.C. § 31302 - Commercial drivers license requirement
## Text
No individual shall operate a commercial motor vehicle without a valid commercial drivers license issued in accordance with section 31308. An individual operating a commercial motor vehicle may have only one drivers license at any time and may have only one learners permit at any time.

Prior to amendment, text read as follows: “An individual operating a commercial motor vehicle may have only one drivers license at any time, except during the 10-day period beginning on the date the individual is issued a drivers license.”
