Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 49 U.S.C. § 5567 - Preference for preserving buildings of historic or architectural significance

## Text

||
Amtrak shall give preference to the use of rail passenger terminal facilities that will preserve buildings of historic or architectural significance.
|
||
|
