Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. Section, act July 26, 1947, ch. 343, title V, § 506B, as added Pub. L. 111–259, title III, § 305(a), Oct. 7, 2010, 124 Stat. 2659; amended Pub. L. 113–293, title III, § 327, Dec. 19, 2014, 128 Stat. 4006, required the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the head of each element of the intelligence community, to prepare annual personnel level assessments for the intelligence community.
