Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 51 U.S.C. § 51301 - Definitions
|
||

||
## Text
|
||
|
||
In this chapter:
|
||
|
||
(1) Asteroid resource.— The term “asteroid resource” means a space resource found on or within a single asteroid.
|
||
|
||
(2) Space resource.— (A) In general.— The term “space resource” means an abiotic resource in situ in outer space.
|
||
|
||
(B) Inclusions.— The term “space resource” includes water and minerals.
|
||
|
||
(3) United states citizen.— The term “United States citizen” has the meaning given the term “citizen of the United States” in section 50902.
