Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 51 U.S.C. § 71102 - Requests for information
|
||
|
||
## Text
|
||
|
||
The Administrator shall issue requests for information on—
|
||
|
||
(1) a low-cost space mission with the purpose of rendezvousing with, attaching a tracking device,11 So in original. The comma probably should be preceded by “to”. and characterizing the Apophis asteroid; and
|
||
|
||
(2) a medium-sized space mission with the purpose of detecting near-Earth objects equal to or greater than 140 meters in diameter.
