Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. # 54 U.S.C. § 302909 - Prohibited use of grant amounts

No part of any grant made under this subdivision shall be used to compensate any person intervening in any proceeding under this division.
