# California AB 191 (20092010) — State cash resources.

(1) Existing law, until September 1, 2011, enacts a cash management plan to authorize the Controller, Treasurer, and Director of Finance to defer General Fund payments for the months of July and October of 2010 and March 2011 for up to 60, 90, and 60 days, respectively, for certain entities, including county offices of education, public schools, and charter schools, subject to certain conditions.
