||

||
Existing law authorizes the Department of Motor Vehicles to issue distinctive license plates for a motor vehicle owned by a current or retired Member of the California Legislature and a Member of the Congress of the United States and requires that the person pay additional fees in addition to the regular fees for an original registration or renewal of registration.
