The provisions of phase I also authorize the board to borrow funds for project costs, including acquisition, design, construction, and construction-related costs, from the Pooled Money Investment Account, as specified."

# California SB 1022 (20112012) — Correctional facilities.

||
Existing law, the Public Safety and Offender Rehabilitation Services Act of 2007, authorizes certain revenue bond construction of prison facilities.
