||
|
||
Existing law, the Miller-Ayala Athlete Agents Act, regulates various activities of an athlete agent in representing student athletes and professional athletes, including contact with athletes, contract negotiations, and required disclosures with the Secretary of State. Existing law removes an individual's status as a student athlete, if they enter into a valid agent contract, a valid endorsement contract, or a valid professional sports services contract.
