# California AB 1830 (20192020) — State claims.

||
|
||
Existing law requires the California Victim Compensation Board, in cases in which a person who submits a claim having been convicted of a crime shown by the evidence to have not been committed at all or not committed by that person, to report the facts of the case and its conclusions to the Legislature with a recommendation that the Legislature make an appropriation for the purpose of indemnifying the claimant for the injury.
