# California AB 2786 (20232024) — Certified mobile farmers' markets.

||
|
||
Existing law requires a certified farmers' market operator to annually register with the Department of Food and Agriculture by applying for and obtaining a certificate from a county agricultural commissioner that is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
