# California SB 1458 (20232024) — The Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act.

Existing law, the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act, generally authorizes a decedent's fiduciary to access and manage digital assets and electronic communications, as specified.
