# Colorado SB 20-095 (2020A) — Middle School Students Concurrent Enrollment Information

Starting in the 2021-22 fiscal year, the community college system must work with school districts, boards of cooperative services, the Colorado school for the deaf and the blind, and charter schools to provide information to the parents of students enrolled in grades 6 through 8 concerning concurrent enrollment opportunities available in grades 9 through 12.
