Further, the information contained in the annual report must be posted on the department of higher education's and the department of education's websites.The act appropriates $20,115 from the general fund and provides 0.3 FTE to the department of education to implement the act and appropriates $7,400 from the general fund to the department of higher education to implement the act.(Note: This summary applies to this bill as enacted.)"
