# Colorado SB 23-049 (2023A) — Special Mobile Machinery Registration Exemption

The act changes the minimum amount of items of special mobile machinery required to be located in the state from 1000 items to 250 items in order for the owner of the special mobile machinery to be eligible for a registration exempt certificate issued by the department of revenue (department).
