# Colorado SB 23-157 (2023A) — Sunset Offender Reentry And Education Programs

The act implements the recommendations of the department of regulatory agencies to continue to the offender reentry and education programs (programs) until September 1, 2028, subject to sunset review by the department of regulatory agencies.
