# Colorado SB 25-007 (2025A) — Increase Prescribed Burns
|
||
|
||
Section 1 of the act creates the prescribed fire claims cash fund (fund) in the state treasury and requires the state treasurer to transfer $250,000 from the general fund to the fund on July 1, 2025.
