# Delaware HB 371 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WELFARE.

This legislation makes two minor modifications to Delaware’s background check process for prospective employees and volunteers at child-serving entities.
