# Delaware SB 318 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3, CHAPTER 22 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT COMMISSION.

This bill enables the Delaware Nutrient Management Commission to regulate the application of nutrients to turf by commercial nutrient handlers.
