# Hawaii HB 1854 (2026) — RELATING TO COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICS.
Establishes the Community Behavioral Health Clinics Certifying Office to certify and decertify community behavioral health clinics and provide technical assistance for clinics seeking certification.
