# Illinois HB 2556 (100th) — DCFS-DIFFERENTIAL RESPONSE PGM

||
Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Provides that the Department of Children and Family Services may implement a "differential response program" (rather than providing that beginning January 1, 2010, the Department may implement a 5-year demonstration of a "differential response program").
