# Illinois HB 2643 (100th) — PEDESTRIAN-DISABILITY-PATHS
Amends the Pedestrians with Disabilities Safety Act. Adds to the definition of "pedestrian with a disability" a person who may require the use of a mobility device, service animal, or white cane to travel on the walking, running, or bicycle paths of this State.
