# Illinois HB 3121 (100th) — WEIGHTS & MEASURES-PENALTY
Amends the Weights and Measures Act. Provides that if any person fails or refuses to pay, within 60 days after the issuance of notice from the Department, a fee authorized by the Section, the Department may prohibit that person from using commercial weighing and measuring devices.
