# Illinois HB 466 (100th) — MOBILE HOME TX-NOTICE

||

||
Amends the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act. Provides that a tax purchaser or assignee must give notice of the tax sale and the date of expiration of the redemption period not less than 3 months nor more than 6 months prior to the expiration of the redemption period (currently, not less than 3 months nor more than 5 months).
