# Illinois SB 1417 (100th) — ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS RECYCLING
|
||
|
||
Amends the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act. Provides that a retailer may collect a fee for each covered electronic device or eligible electronic device collected. Provides that municipalities, townships, and other units of local government that are acting as collectors may collect a fee for each covered electronic device or eligible electronic device collected.
