Requires application forms for restitution to include any information the Comptroller may reasonably require in order for the Comptroller to determine that restitution or reimbursement for cemetery merchandise or services is appropriate (rather than to determine that completion of the project or delivery of merchandise or service is appropriate). Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately."
