Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately."

# Illinois HB 426 (102nd) — PEN CD-CHI POL-SERVICE CREDIT

Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Makes changes to provisions concerning credit for service while on a leave of absence from the police department and assigned or detailed to perform safety or investigative work.
