# Illinois HB 5265 (102nd) — SCH CD-HOMELESS FEE WAIVER

||

||
Amends the School Code. Defines "school fees" or "fees" to mean any monetary charge collected by a public school, public school district, or charter school from a student or the parents or guardian of a student as a prerequisite for the student's participation in any curricular or extracurricular program of the school or school district.
