# Illinois SB 1690 (102nd) — EDGE-DCEO-VARIOUS
Amends the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act. Repeals provisions concerning the Illinois Business Investment Committee. Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code.
