Removes language that provides that projects that were on the waitlist for the first block of annual capacity prior to the opening of the next block are not required to be in compliance with the Agency's long-term renewable resources plan."

# Illinois SB 3866 (102nd) — ENERGY-CLIMATE WORKS TRAINING

Amends the Energy Transition Act. Provides that Climate Works Hubs shall be awarded grants in multi-year increments not to exceed 36 months with the opportunity for grant renewal and modification for subsequent years.
