# Illinois HB 1197 (103rd) — CHARITY ORG-SOLICIT REPORT
Amends the Solicitation for Charity Act. Defines "reviewed financial statements". Provides that every charitable organization that receives in any 12-month period ending upon its established fiscal or calendar year contributions in excess of $500,000 (rather than $300,000) shall file a written report meeting specified criteria with the Attorney General.
